Printing from Adobe Reader
Because of the differences between printers, you may get some different results using older versions of Adobe Reader. For best results, use Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher.
1) Rotate the PDF document so the title panel is at the top, using the rotate buttons. They look like this:


2) In the print dialog box,
Choose "Odd Pages Only" from the drop-down box
Choose the number of copies you want
If you are using Acrobat Reader 5.0, make sure "Shrink oversized pages to paper size" is not checked. If you are using Adobe Reader 6.0, make sure Page Scaling is set to "None."

3) To print the second side:
Replace the finished pages in the input tray
Select "Even Pages Only" in the print dialog box

Folding
When you have printed both sides,
Fold the end panel in (not the front) close to the tick mark at the top of the page
Fold the front over
